Stephanie Lee's Biography

It was clear from a young age that Stephanie Lee cultivated a strong interest in health and fitness. In fact, she was named Wellness Student of the Year in 1996 at Overland High School. From there, she received a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Sports Medicine at University of Charleston, where she learned the science behind the body. Stephanie turned her passion into a career in 2001 when she became a personal trainer. Since then, she has vigorously assisted people in achieving personal fitness and health goals.

Stephanie has worked at the top fitness facilities in Chicago. She has been quoted in Shape Magazine and has appeared on Chicago’s 190 North, where Crunch Fitness was featured on a local television station.

For those clients with Pre and Post Rehab needs, Stephanie has a network of physicians, chiropractors and physical therapists with whom she works in conjunction. With an emphasis on joint equilibrium and core strength, she provides encouragement and pointers on correct form and proper exercise prescription. She is especially skilled in assessing her clients’ progress and helping them move into a lifetime of healthy living.

Stephanie is always ahead of the game when it comes to staying current with new certification classes, and she is constantly furthering her education in the fitness industry through various professional organizations.
